Purchased items will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for standard UK delivery (please note express shipping is available). Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition to receive a full refund. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returns.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email us at email@example.com to request a refund or exchange number within 10 days of receiving your order.
Please include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund.
Once your exchange/refund has been approved, please return your item to the following address: Fanclub Clothing, 8 Parchment Mews, Carrington Point, Nottingham, NG5 1QS.
Please note, once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your exchange/refund within five business days (please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account). Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card / form of payment. Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed as faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid, via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
