Purchased items are processed and shipped within 1–4 working days.

Please allow up to 6 working days for tracked UK delivery.
For international deliveries, please allow up to 14 working days.

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us at info@fanclubclothing.com.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply to orders shipped outside of the UK.

Tracked UK Delivery — £3.99

Tracked EU Delivery — £11.99

Tracked Rest of the World Delivery — £15.99

* Greetings cards are sent via standard delivery. UK greetings card delivery is £1. Additional shipping charges may apply for greetings cards sent outside of the UK.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the buyer receiving their order.

To be eligible for a full refund, all clothing and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept clothing or accessories that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without the original packaging.

All artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received, including any original packaging where applicable. We are unable to accept artwork returns if the item has been damaged, altered, or is not returned in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returns.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN

Please email us at info@fanclubclothing.com to request a refund or exchange number within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please include your customer order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange or return for a refund.

Once your exchange or refund has been approved, please return your item to the following address:

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your exchange or refund within five business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account.

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or original form of payment.

Return shipping will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty. Return shipping must be prepaid and sent via a traceable method. We recommend registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery.
