Every Fanclub print is designed by sisters Johanna and Felicity, then printed, packed, and shipped by us from our Clubhouse in Nottingham.

Each order is checked with care before it leaves us, so your print arrives looking lovely and ready to brighten up your home.

Each print is made to order, helping us keep waste low and only create what’s actually going to a home.

We giclée print on Munken Pure Smooth paper, certified by the Rainforest Alliance Program for FSC® Standards, and every print is backed with cardboard to help protect it on its journey.

We also have a Seconds section on our website, where slightly imperfect prints can still find a lovely home instead of going to waste.

Every order is packed by hand at the Clubhouse, using hand-stamped bags and considered packaging wherever we can.

Our prints are made to order, and we aim to process and ship orders within 1–4 working days.

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
UK — 1–5 working days
Ireland & Europe — 10–14 working days
USA — 5–10 working days
Rest of World — 10–21 working days

We use a tracked service for all art orders, and a confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk or spam folder too, as dispatch emails can sometimes sneak in there.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Artwork must be returned in the same condition it arrived.

To arrange a return, please email info@fanclubclothing.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
